Deed of Dissolution of Partnership firm

When the relation between all the partners of the firm comes to an end, it is called dissolution of the firm. Deed of dissolution of a partnership involves winding up of the partnership and the sale of assets to a third party and the business carried on by the partnership will not be carried on after dissolution in any form by any of the partners.
