Notice of resale of goods on buyer’s default

A notice of resale of goods is given by the seller to buyer on account of any default or breach of contract on part of the Buyer. Where under a contract of sale the price is payable on a certain day irrespective of delivery and the buyer wrongfully neglects or refuses to pay such price, the Seller can send a notice to the Buyer informing the resale of goods to another party.
