Notice to a tenant informing purchase of tenanted premises

When the tenanted premise is sold by the Landlord to another person, the new Landlord is entitled to inform the tenant about the purchased property. The notice is the first legal step to be taken by the New Landlord to inform the current tenant about the transfer of ownership.
