Agreement between employer and employee

An Employment Contract is a legally-binding document between an employee and employer. It specifies the terms and conditions under which a person consents to perform certain duties as directed and controlled by an employer in return for an agreed upon wage or salary. Employment contracts cover a variety of procedures and policies that are required for the employer to protect its own interest.
