Lease contract or lease agreement

Lease contract is an agreement between a lessor and lessee that allows the lessee, right to the use a property owned or managed by the lessor for a period of time. It guarantees the lessee to use an asset and guarantees the lessor, the property owner or landlord, regular payments from the lessee for a specified number of months or years.
