Agency Agreement

An agency agreement is formed when a person authorizes another person to act upon his behalf. A principal who assigns agency to an agent is creating a legal relationship with the agent. Agents have a fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interests of the Principal as Principal will be liable for all the acts of the Agents.
