Power of Attorney-General

Power of Attorney is an instrument empowering a specific person to act for the person executing it. It can be defined as a delegation of authority in writing by which one person is empowered to do an act in the name of another. General Power of Attorney is in which the principal grants the Power of Attorney holder all such powers which are necessary to accomplish the objects for which such Power of Attorney is given.
