Power of Attorney by a Company to its Branch Manager is a written legal authority given by the Company (the principal) to Branch Manager (the agent or attorney-in-fact) to act on the principal's behalf. It may be either a General power Of attorney or a Special power of attorney. Decisions made and actions taken by the Branch Manager in fact (within the scope of his or her authority) are legally binding on the principal.
