Copyright license agreement

The holder of the copyright may grant a license to Licensee in order to authorize him to use the copyrighted work. The Licensor may either transfers all or limited rights to Licensee for the exploitation of the same. In Licensing of copyright, unlike assignment the ownership in copyright is retained by the Author.
