Non-disclosure agreement

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is otherwise called as Confidentiality Agreement. It is a legal document between two or more parties indicating a confidential relationship prevailing between them. The parties agree not to share any confidential information to anybody else for a specific period of time. NDA is commonly used to safeguard sensitive information and IP.
