Registered User Agreement

Registered User Agreement is an Agreement executed betweeen the registered proprietor and the proposed registered user with respect to the permitted used of the trademark. A Registered User can be defined as any other person, other than the registered proprietor of the trademark, who registeres himself with the trademark registry, shall be deemed to be a registered user and he or she will be able to use that trademark along with the registered proprietor.
