Deed of assignment of development rights

The Deed of Assignment of Development rights is made by a Developer (Assignor) to assign his development rights with respect of land belonging to the landowner(Confirming party) to any other sub-developer (Assignee) or other interested party who then can use these rights to construct or reconstruct large building complexes.
