Trademark Caution Notice/Public Notice

A Trademark Caution Notice gives notice to the third parties that the trademark mentioned in the notice is a trademark of another person (Client). it further cautions the third party against unauthorized use of the subject trademark or otherwise they will be charged with infringement or passing of action.
